Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a filament having high efficiency for converting electrical power into visible light.SOLUTION: Ceramic particles 50 are deposited on a substrate 52 by electrophoresis by immersing the substrate 52 becoming a cathode, and an electrode 53 becoming an anode into a solvent 51 where white ceramics particles 50 are dispersed, and then applying a voltage between the substrate 52 and the electrode 53. By using this process, a filament where the substrate 52 composed of a metallic material is coated with a white scatter layer added with a visible light absorption material is produced. At this time, a nitrate salt is added to the solvent 51 at a concentration of 10mol/L or more and 10mol/L or less.
