Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a filler-containing resin composite material having good properties.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin is supplied into a cylinder from a supply port of an extruder and melted in a plasticizing part to form a molten resin, and a filler dispersion liquid is injected from a liquid injection nozzle provided in a kneading part to disperse the molten resin and the filler. In a degassing part, a dispersion medium of the filler dispersion liquid is removed. Then, in a step of injecting the filler dispersion liquid, a pressure Pin in the injection nozzle is larger than a pressure Pc in the cylinder of the kneading part, and the pressure Pc in the cylinder of the kneading part is larger than an atmospheric pressure. By making the internal pressure Pin in the injection nozzle larger than the pressure Pc inside the cylinder in this way, a liquid discharged from a discharge hole becomes atomized due to a pressure difference between Pin and Pc, and is contained in the molten resin in the cylinder. Since it is injected into the molten resin, aggregation of the filler can be suppressed and the filler can be more uniformly dispersed in the resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
