Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing sticky fish-breeding feed that can be stably manufactured using inexpensive raw materials while being hardly affected by differences in the properties of the raw materials used and that can maintain its physical properties in water for a long period of time.
In a method of manufacturing sticky fish-breeding feed by adding water to and kneading a raw-material mixture including starch-containing raw materials and protein-containing raw materials, at least a portion of the raw-material mixture is subjected to heat and pressure treatments by an extruder.
