Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a flat yarn package capable of supplying flat yarn having a stable yarn width in high-degree processing such as a prepreg and a textile.
This manufacturing method of the flat yarn package rolls up the flat yarn composed of single fibers of 1,000 to 100,000 pieces having the yarn width W of 1 to 20 mm after passing through at least two guide rollers rotating at the same seed as a traveling speed of yarn. An angle difference α of a rotary shaft of the two guide rollers falls within a range of 45° to 135°, and the shortest distance A between two guide roller shafts satisfy the following expression (1). Here, the expression (1) is expressed by 15×W≤A≤100 ×W.
