Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLOCKED SHOES FOR PREVENTING LEAKAGE OF WATER BETWEEN SHELL AND SOLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0646903
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture flocked shoes for preventing leakage of water between the shell and sole by using the shell composed of a vamp material patched with an unvulcanized rubber sheet having a lining cloth previously flocked on the surface and cut into a predetermined nearly U-shaped form and then having both rear ends sewn on each other.

CONSTITUTION: The butting portions of rear shell part of a vamp material 1 patched by an unvulcanized rubber sheet having a lining cloth previously flocked 1b on the outer surface are sewn on each other zigzag to make a shell. After an insole patched integrally with an inner core and abutting against the bottom of a shoe metal mold 8 is temporarily fixed by Hotchkiss needles to a rubber part embedded in the bottom of the shoe metal mold, an adhesive of vulcanization type is applied to the exposed part of the insole on the outer periphery of the inner core and then the shell is hung from the ankle side of the shoe metal mold 8 to be bonded with the insole. Further, after the staple needles are drawn out, a rubber-based sheet 11 expanded to 3-5 times by foaming in the vulcanization to form independent bubbles is bonded by an adhesive with the of vulcanization type whole surface of the inner core, the bottom side outer peripheral surface of the shell and the sole respectively exposed to form a shoe-like configuration, followed by vulcanization by the orfinary method.
