To provide a foamed net suitable for a strawberry-cultivating sheet.

The foamed net or the reticular foamed net N is manufactured by arranging a plurality of foamed strands parallel spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval to form a strand group, stacking a plurality of the strand groups so that the foamed strands intersect with each other, and integrally welding the foamed strands at the intersection 3 wherein the foaming ratio of another end-foamed strand 2 forming the strand groups located at another end in the stacking direction of a plurality of the strands is smaller than the foaming ratio of one end-foamed strand 1 forming the strand groups located at one end in the stacking direction of a plurality of the strand groups. In the method of manufacturing the foamed net, an outer die 8 and an inner die 9 having a broader lateral width and a narrower up/down width than the outer die are attached to a spinning dice of a tandem extruder, and a material containing a resin and a foaming agent is extruded while the outer die 8 and the inner die 9 are rotated in the different directions from each other.
