To perform welding of a full-face type disc material to a no-flange side end of a rim having a rim flange only at one side without generating thermal influence of welding.
When the full-face type disc is installed on the no-flange side end of the rim having the rim flange only at one side, after the no-flange side end edge of the rim is abutted on a back side of the full-face type disc, FSW welding is applied to the abutment part. Thereby, since the thermal influence due to the welding is extremely less and partial deformation is not generated on the rim and the disc, harmful influence is not exerted to traveling feeling by generating vibration in traveling of the vehicle. Further since design property is not deteriorated by partially generating distortion on a disc surface or production of an oxidized film by welding burning does not occur on a surface side of the disc, an oxidized film removal work for preventing deterioration of coating quality is not required and shortening of process, cost reduction and high quality can be realized.
