Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genuine leather product having a penetration hole, optimally used for a vehicle interior purpose, which sufficiently prevents fraying fiber around the penetration hole and having an excellent texture.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a genuine leather product includes: a step of cutting fiber on a back surface of a genuine leather base material; an application step of applying a back spray resin layer whose main component is synthetic resin on the back surface of the genuine leather base material; a coating step of applying a base coat resin layer on a surface of the genuine leather base material; an embossing step of applying an uneven pattern on a surface of the base coat resin layer; a staking step for adjusting a texture of the genuine leather base material; a coating step of applying a coat resin layer on the surface of the base coat resin layer; and a hole opening step of forming a penetration hole in the genuine leather base material and the resin layer.
