Abstract:
To inexpensively manufacture a variety of surface shapes on a surface by cutting the surface of a pure master having a hemispherical surface with an end mill and forming recesses for dimpling the surface of the pure master, and improve the aerodynamic characteristics and carrying performance.
The golf ball molding die master has recesses for dimpling the surface of the pure master having a hemispherical surface. The die master is manufactured so as to allow recesses for forming dimples to be formed by cutting by using the end mill.
