Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a gradient function material capable of obtaining the gradient function material changing in a composition or a structure in various type gradient patterns.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the gradient function material comprises the steps of supplying raw material slurries A, B to a mixing space 18 of a mixing/discharging unit 13 while changing respective supplying speeds, and mixing the slurries by shaking and agitating to a mixed slurry. The method further comprises the steps of spray discharging the mixed slurry from a discharge port 20 simultaneously upon mixing and laminating and filling the mixed slurry in a mold 12. A ratio of the slurry A to the slurry B when the slurries A, B are supplied to the mixing space 18 is also maintained in the mixed slurry.
