Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a unidirectional magnetic steel sheet capable of forming a glass film excellent in film adhesion on a surface of a unidirectional magnetic steel sheet without damaging magnetic properties.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a unidirectional magnetic steel sheet includes: a hot rolling process of hot-rolling a slab having a predetermined composition after heating at a temperature of 1,200°C or higher and 1,600°C or lower to obtain a hot rolled steel sheet; a hot rolled steel sheet-annealing process; a cold rolling process; a decarburization annealing process; a finish annealing process of finish-annealing the cold rolled steel sheet by coating the cold rolled steel sheet with an annealing separating agent; and an insulation film-forming process of forming a tension-imparted insulation film on the cold rolled steel sheet, where a temperature-rising rate S1 (°C/sec). in a temperature range of 500°C or higher and 600°C or lower, and a temperature-rising rate S2 (°C/sec). in a temperature range of 600°C or higher and 700°C or lower when rising a temperature in the decarburization annealing process satisfy formula (1)-formula (3), and an oxygen potential P1 in an atmosphere in a temperature range of 500°C or higher and 600°C or lower when rising a temperature satisfies formula (4).SELECTED DRAWING: None
