Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a heat insulating panel using Bora (fallen pumice) being a main raw material and only a natural material, a heat insulating panel manufactured thereby and an application method for the heat insulating panel.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the heat insulating panel has at least a process for manufacturing a panel raw material by kneading a mixture which is prepared by adding an appropriate amount of water to 70-80 wt.% of a Bora material, 15-25 wt.% of cement and 3-6 wt.% of lime, a process for casting the panel raw material into a form, a process for applying vibration to the form to eliminate gaps in the panel raw material and subsequently ageing and curing the panel raw material and a process for detaching the form after the panel raw material is cured and arbitrarily cutting the cured raw material. The heat insulating panel obtained by the method and the application method for the heat insulating panel are also disclosed.
