Abstract:
To provide a method that manufactures a high hardness plate highly productively while suppressing the generation of a chipping.
The method for manufacturing a high hardness plate cuts a resin plate including a print applied to at least one surface thereof and having a surface hardness of 7-10H to manufacture a high hardness plate, wherein the resin plate is cut from a side opposite to the printed surface by using a cutting blade rotated at a rotation rate of 40,000 rpm or more and at a feeding rate of 500-900 mm/min.
