Abstract:

To obtain a highly filled sheet with a highly oriented flat magnetic material filler comprising a polymer mixture increased in the addition amount of a magnetic material powder to a degree sufficiently developing radio wave absorbing characteristics and having mechanical strength and flexibility, that is, toughness capable of withstanding practical use.

A highly filled material powder with a flat magnetic material filler is supplied to an extruder for a rubber having a screw having the same groove depth and becoming small in pitch toward the leading end thereof to be molded into a base shape and the molded beads are rolled using a roll. The sheet thus obtained is formed so that the surface of a flat magnetic material filler is highly oriented in parallel to the surface of the sheet and has excellent radio wave absorbing capacity, mechanical strength capable of withstanding practical use and flexibility, that is, toughness.
