To describe a method which enables the manufacture of a homogeneously compressed gas mixture having a fluorinated hydrocarbon and an alternative gas with a high-density difference.
When a homogeneously compressed gas mixture is manufactured by pre-mixing gas separately presenting each other under forming a non-homogeneous gas mixture, introducing the non-homogeneous gas mixture into a static mixing device and/or a buffer tank, introducing the gas mixture into a compressor from the mixing device or the buffer tank and removing the essentially homogeneous compressed gas mixture from the compressor, the gas mixture comprised of an over-fluorinated hydrocarbon and/or a partly fluorinated hydrocarbon and/or an ether and a SF6 and/or an inert gas and a noble gas CO2 or N2 are advantageously manufactured.
