Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hot-rolled steel sheet for suppressing the generation of camber and wedge in a hot rolling process.
SOLUTION: In a rough rolling stage where the rolling of plural passes in a hot rolling process is performed, by rolling pass where a-value (unit: mm4/N2) which is specified by a following equation (1) is not less than 10×10-9 and b-value which is specified by a following equation (2) is less than 40, the camber is straightened with a side guide which is arranged on the outlet side of a rolling mill. The equation (1) and the equation (2) are expressed below. Where, R is the radius of a work roll (mm), Wm is the distance between roll chocks (mm), hin is the thickness on the inlet side of a material to be rolled (mm), hout is the thickness on the outlet side of the material to be rolled, K is the mill constant (N/mm) and Wa is the width of the material to be rolled (mm).
