Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hot-rolled steel sheet excellent in surface properties.
SOLUTION: (1) A manufacturing method of the hot-rolled steel sheet by which finish rolling is performed after descaling a rough-rolled steel sheet. Relationship between a time t (s) from the completion of the descaling till the start of the finish rolling and the surface temperature T (°C) of the steel sheet just before the finish rolling satisfies the next formula (1). t>-0.0004×T2+0.0579×T-32.60...(1). (2) By the method, the finish rolling is performed after reheating and descaling the rough-rolled steel sheet and the reheating is performed under conditions which satisfy the next formulas (2) and (3). In the formulas (2) and (3), Tr means the surface temperature of the steel sheet just after the completion of the rough rolling (°C), T means the surface temperature of the steel sheet just before the start of the finish rolling (°C) and T0 means the surface temperature of the steel sheet just before the start of the finish rolling provided that the reheating is not performed. ΔT>0.0005817×Tr2-1.3471×Tr+786.78...(2), ΔT=T-T0...(3).
