To provide a method of manufacturing an implement for using metal thin wires with an action part made of metal thin wires connected to a metal handle such as an ear pick.

The implement for using metal thin wires is manufactured by the following method. After a mounting hole 11 is bored on the top end surface of the rod-shaped metal handle member 1, the outer peripheral part of the mounting hole is pressed and deformed. Separately, a plurality of metal thin wires are formed in a prescribed shape, and the base ends are arranged/disposed in the shape of a flat plane and welded or bonded together to form the action member. The base end of the action member is inserted into the flat mounting hole, and the whole rod-shaped handle member is pressed to be formed in a desired shape to integrate the action member and the handle member.
