Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an injection molding to surely integrally mold a coating film with a surface of a product in a method for injection molding the molding to integrally mold the film with the product, by setting a film covering one surface of the product in a mold, and then filling a molding material in a product part of the mold from a runner via a gate.
SOLUTION: Recess shapes 8, 9 are respectively provided along runner forming sites of the film 6 and the mold 2 for setting the film. In a state in which the mold 1 and the mold 2 are opened, a space K exists at the shape 8, the mold 2 and the film 6 in the runner 5. When the mold 1 and the mold 2 are closed, the film 6 is sandwiched between upper and lower mold splitting surfaces of the runner 5 and collapsed. Accordingly, the film 6 is stretched, and hence the space K is reduced. In this case, a molten resin M cannot be cast between the film 6 and the mold 2, and hence the film can be integrally molded with a planned surface.
