To provide a method of manufacturing the integral molding 40 of a resin foam and a plate member by sufficiently surely positioning the plate member 20 to a lower mold 11 when arranging the plate member 20 in the lower mold 11 of a molding mold 10, and preventing positional displacement of the plate member 20 in the foaming process of a foam resin material, to correctly integrate the resin foam 30 at the predetermined position of the plate member 20 without complicatedly working the molding mold 10, and to provide the integral molding 40.
At least a pair of side walls 22 raised while facing each other from the end of a plate member body 21 is provided to the plate member 20, the plate member 20 is fit into the lower mold 11 of the molding mold 10, a pair of the facing walls 22 of the plate member 20 is frictionally engaged with the facing side faces 11a of the lower mold 11 directly or indirectly, respectively to be positioned to the lower mold 11, the foam resin material is injected onto the plate member 20, then the upper mold 12 and lower mold 11 are clamped, to foam the foam resin material in the cavity 13.
