Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an interdental cleaning tool capable of preventing a deformation of a core part and effectively preventing the occurrence of faulty shaping of a flexible part for cleaning.SOLUTION: A method includes: a step of, on a base end side of a first shaping space, simultaneously supplying synthetic resin materials in which a blending ratio of a fiber is set to be 20 wt.% or more but 35 wt.% or less, from gates that open toward a plurality of corresponding first shaping spaces, to simultaneously forming a plurality of base material parts so that the base material parts are connected parallely at a connection part; and a step of transferring the formed base material parts to a soft part-forming mold, setting a part of a core base material part of the base material part to a plurality of second shaping spaces of the mold, and then forming a soft part so that a plurality of soft part-forming parts for cleaning is filled with an elastomer material from an end side toward the base end side, in a state of holding two or more positions of the core base material part in a lengthwise direction with at least two pairs of holding pins substantially at a center portion of the soft part-forming part for cleaning, wherein each pair of two holding pins are positioned facing each other and protrude into the respective soft part-forming parts to be substantially orthogonal to a matching surface of the mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
