(a) A thermoplastic resin layer (I) is formed on one surface of a stretched film by melt extrusion molding having a first cooling roll, a second cooling roll and a third cooling roll, where the second cooling roll is arranged between the first cooling roll and the third cooling roll and an interposition point is present between the first cooling roll and the second cooling roll and after that, (b) a thermoplastic resin layer (II) is formed on the other surface of the stretched film under a condition of T2≥130°C and T2+T3≥ 270°C when the temperature of the second cooling roll and the temperature of the third cooling roll are expressed by T2 and T3, respectively.
