Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an exfoliation between an internal conductor and a ceramic even when the internal conductor is formed by a thin film forming method and a dielectric layer is thinned.
SOLUTION: A conductive film is formed on a film by a thin film forming method in a conductive film forming process 11, and first and second ceramic sheets are made so that the amount of binder of the second ceramic sheet is smaller than that of the first ceramic sheet in a ceramic sheet manufacturing process 12. A conductive film is transferred to one surface of the first ceramic sheet in a transfer process 13a, and the first and second ceramic sheets and a laminate body laminating the first ceramic sheet and having the ceramic layer in it are manufactured in a ceramic forming process 13b so that the other face of the first ceramic sheet to which no conductive film is transferred closely contacts the second ceramic sheet, and the laminate ceramic capacitor is manufactured through a sintering process 14 and an external conductor forming process 15 or the like.
