Abstract:
To ensure the perfect adhesion between a thermoplastic resin layer and a porous sheet without incurring a significant cost increases.
After a porous rigid sheet 6 is arranged in a mold 21 a molten thermoplastic resin 2' is supplied into the mold 21 to shape the resin 2' and the rigid sheet 6 and a thermoplastic resin layer 2 are laminated together. During at least a part of the period from a point of time when porous rigid layer 3 is arranged to a point of time when a mold is opened for delivering a molding, moisture present in the mold 21 is discharged to the outside of the mold 21.
