To provide a method in which a torque of a micro rotary electrical machine is improved, which is used as a driving source for an electrical and electronic device or a robot, or the like.
In a method, a magnet film having a thickness of 40 to 300 μm and a magnetically isotropic nanoscale crystalline structure is prepared. The magnet film is then provided with a resin composition having a film forming property to form a resin composite magnetic film. The resin composite magnetic film is then mechanically processed so as to have a solid or hollow structure. Thereafter, the resin films are melted and integrally changed into a rigid body by cross-linking, and the rigid body is magnetized to form a laminated resin composite magnet film as a mover component of a rotary electrical machine.
