Abstract:

To easily separate a lower part block part from autoclaved lightweight concrete obtained after curing a semi-cured body in which a plurality of sheets of panel-like semi-cured bodies formed by cutting them with a piano wire are laminated, and to solve defective curing of large-sized ALC panels obtained by dividing the ALC.

In a cutting process wherein a wide width semi-cured body 1 becoming to the large-sized ALC 9 after curing can be cut into a plurality of sheets of panel-like semi-cured bodies 5, undercut parts 20a and 20b are formed by scraping the peripheral edge part of the lowermost layer panel-like semi-cured body brought into contact with a truck among the panel-like semi-cured bodies 5 constituting the semi-cured bodies 1. Steam curing is accelerated thereby by steam entering the panel-like semi-cured bodies from newly exposed faces of these undercut parts when the semi-cured bodies are aged with a high temperature and high pressure steam. After curing, when an impact is applied on obtained lower part block parts, they become to be easily separated.
