Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a light-weight aerated concrete panel assuring a sufficient physical strength, and a manufacturing facility.

The method for manufacturing the light-weight aerated concrete panel comprises the steps of cutting a plurality of long-sized panels each having a predetermined thickness from a semiplastic block molded in a form by a piano wire, and then high-temperature and high-pressure curing the panels in a separated state exceeding a minimum interval between the adjacent panels of 0.5 mm.
