Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a liposome using an insoluble material as the raw material of the main component of a fluid substance included in the liposome.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a liposome comprises: the dissolution step of dissolving an insoluble material in acid or alkaline solution as the raw material of the main component of a fluid substance included in the liposome; the pH adjustment step of adding a pH adjuster for adjusting a solution having the insoluble material dissolved in the dissolution step on a neutral side to the solution; and the liposome formation step of mixing the solution after the pH adjustment step with lipid used as the membrane material of a liposome to manufacture a liposome including the solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
