Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal polymer film with a metal foil attached, by which a surface of the liquid crystal polymer film of a liquid crystal polymer film with a metal foil attached can be roughened without etching, and adhesiveness to a bonding sheet formed of a liquid crystal polymer can be maintained by the roughened surface.SOLUTION: The method includes a step of heating and pressurizing a first metal foil 31, a liquid crystal polymer film 4, and a second metal foil 32, stacked in this order. A surface of the second metal foil 32 to be laminated on the liquid crystal polymer film 4 is a matte surface 32a; and the matte surface 32a is subjected to a release treatment.
