Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid droplet delivering head having a nozzle with a smooth surface.
The surface of the inner face of the nozzle is modified by irradiating the nozzle 91 of a nozzle plate 92 with a laser light to solve a fine roughness on the surface of the nozzle 91 formed during piercing the nozzle 91. In addition, foreign substances existing on the inner face of the nozzle 91 are removed. It is possible thereby to provide a liquid droplet delivering head having the nozzle 91 with the smooth surface.
