Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing tile of this kind at a low cost by a mass production system since a structure for tightly binding tiles on up and down steps with a double-headed nail is proposed, but a method for manufacturing the tile of this kind at a low cost by a mass production system is not proposed.
SOLUTION: For a method for manufacturing a locking body hole to be formed on a pottery body of a roofing tile 1, a tile, an art object and the like, a recessed part at a locking body hole position of the pottery body and an inflatedly projected part are respectively formed adjacent to the recessed part, a part of the recessed part is concealed by pushing the inflatedly projected part, the recessed part is made to be a locking hole 112, and the inflatedly projected part is made to be a locking projected piece 114. The locking body hole of the pottery body can be surely and easily formed, and residue after making of the locking body hole of the pottery body is not generated. The forming can be surely and easily carried out by utilizing press forming. Further, the double headed nail capable of tightly binding the tiles on up and down steps is provided.
