To provide a method for manufacturing a long-sized toothed endless belt by which it is possible to manufacture the long length endless toothed belt, the number of which is optional, without a joint part and in such a manner that the molding manhour is minimum and the process is simple as well as a manufacturing device for the belt.

Flat pulleys 3c, 3a and 3d, 3b which rotate in one piece together are arranged on both sides of a pair of toothed molds 2a, 2b and a core wire is wound around the two pairs of flat pulleys 3c, 3a and 3d, 3b to form core wire fastening parts 4b, 4a. When the core wire is sequentially wound in the direction to the right side from a core wire ring 26, using the ring 26 as a reference, a right-lay core wire 1e is used as the core wire wire for forming a belt constituent body 9. When the core wire is sequentially wound in the direction to the left side from the ring 26, a left-lay core wire 1d is used. Then the belt constituent body 9 is formed by winding the core helically around a section between the toothed molds 2a, 2d with the help of the core wire fastening parts 4b, 4a, and the belt constituent body 9 is filled with a molten thermoplastic elastomer to form a tooth shape. Thus the method for manufacturing the long-sized toothed endless belt as described and the manufacturing device therefore using the method are provided.
