Abstract:
To obtain a uniform product of a thin magnetic ferrite core having a thickness of ≤1 mm, high dimensional accuracy, high accuracy of form, and stable characteristics with a relatively small quantity of man-hour and at a relatively low material cost and at a high yield.
A raw magnetic ferrite material blended to have a prescribed percentage composition is tentatively sintered and pulverized into fine powder. Then, after the powder is kneaded, and a sheet 10 is formed of the kneaded product and a piece 12 having a prescribed outline form is stamped from the sheet 10. Then the thin magnetic ferrite core 14 is obtained by baking the stamped piece 12.
