Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a needle of a type to be used in a medical field.
This medical needle is formed by pulse-laser welding for joining a first part having a tip part and a second end part having a tubular shape. The tubular second end part is formed for receiving an end part of a suture in the next step. The needle and an incident laser beam make rotary motion by being driven in a welding step. This rotating speed is adjusted so that at least one-time complete rotation is performed in the duration of one pulse of the laser beam.
