Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a melt solidified product cooled uniformly to the inside, having a uniform internal structure, and improved in strength and quality.
The method of manufacturing the melt solidified product has steps of: heating blend raw material containing at least one oily ingredient which is solid at 25°C to make it a fluid; filling the obtained fluid in a mold or a container; and cooling the fluid in a magnetic field to or below a solidification temperature of the blend raw material to solidify, wherein the magnetic field is a static magnetic field and it is suitable to apply a magnetic field intensity of 10-500 mT.
