Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a lubrication film for plastic working which has the same lubricating performance as before or higher without reference to a material and a shape of a worked member, and a member with the lubrication film for plastic working.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a member with a lubrication film for plastic working according to the present invention is characterized in that the method of manufacturing the member with the lubrication film for plastic working having the lubrication film formed on a surface of the member made of metal has: a coating process (S2) of coating the surface of the member with a coating liquid including a raw material of the lubrication film; and a lubrication film forming process (S3) of heating the coating liquid applied over the surface of the member to form the lubrication film on the member. The lubrication film includes at least one of an organic silicon compound, an organic titanate compound, zinc, and aluminum, and the lubrication film contains 10-20 mass% of silicon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
