Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a forming body in a predetermined shape for a short time with a small pressurizing force by forming a carbon film on the surface of alloy powder, and causing the carbon film to display a lubricating function upon compaction-forming.
CONSTITUTION: Carbon compound is stuck to iron base alloy power as a raw material, and then is heat decomposed by heating to form a carbon film on the surface of the alloy powder. Next, the mixture of the alloy powder of which this carbon film is formed and grinding grains is compaction-formed to be sintered integrally to form a grinding grain layer.
