Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a metal porous molded article by which the metal porous molded article can be manufactured more simply.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a metal porous molded article includes a first step of colliding microparticles 3 against a surface of a conductive layer 2 formed on a surface of a matrix 1 for forming the metal porous molded article to separate the conductive layer at a place where the microparticles collide so as to form minute holes 2a penetrating to the surface of the matrix 1 in the conductive layer 2 and a second step of immersing the matrix in an electroforming solution containing no surfactant to perform the electroforming against the surface of the conductive layer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
