To provide a method of manufacturing a resinoid grinding wheel for high-accuracy mirror grind finishing.

A resinoid grinding wheel part is made by binding abrasive grains 20 and a solid lubricant 22 with an epoxy resin binder 18 in a resinoid grinding wheel part making process. The resinoid grinding wheel part is fixed to a core (a support) having higher rigidity than the resinoid grinding wheel part to be supported. The grinding chip can be easily discharged by action of the solid lubricant 22 in the epoxy resin binder 18, and also the lubricity is heightened to reduce the grinding resistance and improve the sharpness. Since abrasion of the grinding wheel is decreased, the life of the grinding wheel is elongated. Lubricity is applied to the resinoid grinding wheel part itself by the solid lubricant 22 in the epoxy resin binder 18, so that in grinding, grinding oil used for discharging chip and preventing grinding burn is not needed, and grinding can be performed only with city water.
