Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a high accurate dental model can be produced, specially, position of a dental model bore by one or more than one fastening elements to a model baseplate can be correctly determined. SOLUTION: According the present method, a dental working model is prepared by the processes as follows. An impression of a jaw or a part of a jaw is produce; forming materials are packed into the impression; fastening element 3 is arranged in the model baseplate 1 and they can also be removed from the model baseplate 1; the model baseplate 1 is pressed on the forming materials; the fastening element, at least one part of the fastening element is pressed into it; the forming materials are hardened to prepare a working model; the working model is removed from the impression and peeled off from the model baseplate 1. And, the fastening element 3 are composed of at least two mutually movable elements, and two elements of the fastening elements 3 are buried in the forming materials so as to fix the positions of each other after hardened.
