Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for injection-molding a molded product with reticular mesh holes using a material composed mainly of fibers and powder with the addition of a non-thermoplastic binder, with such advantages that the generation of a weld part in the molded product or the deterioration in a fusion-bonding strength is not seen and a less-costly non-thermoplastic material is used, and the mold to be used in this method.
SOLUTION: This method of injection-molding the molded product of the non- thermoplastic material comprises the steps to clamp a heated male die 50 and a heated female die 60 and fill the interior of a cavity 30 between the male die 50 and the female die 60 with the non-thermoplastic material. Further, the method comprises the step to perforate the molded product in reticular meshes by operating a movable holing mechanism structured of a projecting shuttle-motion tool actuator 5 arranged inside the male die 50 and having a plurality of projecting blades 52 formed on the tips and a recessed blade inside shuttle-motion tool 6 having recessed blades 62 of a shape corresponding to the projecting blades 52 arranged on the tips at the counter- positioned female die 60.
