Abstract:
To increase the SiO2 concentration of molten slag while simplifying facilities and reducing a treatment cost.
This method of manufacturing molten slag wherein pyrolyzed gas and combustion components of pyrolyzed residue produced by pyrolyzing waste are led to a combustion melting furnace and burnt and the melted noncombustible components are cooled and solidified, is characterized in that crushed glass is added into the combustion melting furnace to burn the pyrolyzed gas and the combustion components in the range of 1200-1350C.
