Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a multicomponent nanowire, in which a manufacturing process is easy and a manufacturing cost is low.

A method for manufacturing a multicomponent nanowire includes: (a) a step of preparing an anode oxide aluminum nano template having a plurality of pores; (b) a step of forming an electrode layer on one side surface of the anode oxide aluminum nano template; (c) a step of immersing the anode oxide aluminum nano template in a predetermined Ge-Sb-Te system solution, and allowing the Ge-Sb-Te system nanowire to grow through the pores in the anode oxide aluminum nano template by an electric plating method with the electrode layer as a cathode; and (d) a step of removing the anode oxide aluminum nano template.
