To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer seamless belt including a resin layer containing thermoplastic resin where wrinkles are hard to occur on the surface.
The method of manufacturing the multilayer seamless belt includes a process for preparing a cylinder type 3 whose inside diameter is larger than the outside diameter of a resin tube 1 to form a resin layer 2 on an inner circumference surface, a process for arranging the resin tube 1 on cylinder type 3 coaxially in an interior space of the cylinder type 3 so as to make the inside of resin tube 1 a sealing space, a process for heating the resin tube 1 in a temperature range at or above a glass transition point of the resin tube 1 and below a melting point, while controlling the pressure of at least one side of the interior space of a cylinder type 3 and the sealing space of the resin tube 1 such that the differential pressure arises between the pressure of the interior space and the pressure of the sealing space and maintaining the shape of the resin tube 1, and a process for adjusting the differential pressure, expanding the resin tube 1, making the perimeter surface of the resin tube 1 contact with the resin layer 2 forming on the inner circumference surface of the cylinder type 3, and pasting up the resin tube 1 and the resin layer 2.
