Abstract:

To provide a method for simply manufacturing a DNA array at a low cost.

A nucleic acid probe template chain immobilized on a template substrate, is used to synthesized a nucleic acid probe chain along the template chain and this synthesized probe chain is immobilized on a separate array substrate, by utilizing an electric field to simply manufacture a nucleic acid chain immobilized array at a low cost. By forming the array substrate from an electrode, the DNA array capable of electrical detection of DNA is obtained.
