Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an oxidation product in cooperation with a turbine for generating power.
SOLUTION: The method includes a step in which a compressed and heated oxygen-containing gas stream is brought into contact with at least one solid electrolytic oxygen selective ion transportation membrane in a membrane reactor. A reactant is supplied to the reactor and an oxidized product is formed. An oxygen-reduced retention stream from the reactor is added to a gas turbine combustor and burned to generate the power.
