Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of highly accurately manufacturing a flange having a hollow structure and for manufacturing a passive radiator excellent in acoustic characteristics.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a passive radiator includes: a curable elastic member composition supply step of supplying a curable elastic member composition 14a for forming an elastic flange to a space 70 formed of an upper mold 40, a lower mold 50, and a core mold 63; a curing step of curing the curable elastic member composition 14a; an opening step of opening a mold 30 after the curing step; and a front panel removing step of removing a front panel from a second member 62 of the core mold 63 while expanding some openings of the elastic flange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
