To provide a pellet aggregate used preferably for manufacturing a film by a melt film formation method.

The manufacturing method comprises charging a pellet raw material 11 consisting of cellulose acylate and an additive into a hopper 20, feeding the pellet material 20 from the hopper 20 to an extruder 12, melting the pellet material in the extruder 12, extruding a strand 21 into a water trough 13, chilling the strand 21, and sending the strand 21 to a cutting apparatus 14, while the cutting section 14a of the cutting apparatus 14 being supplied with a washing water from a water supplying apparatus 31, and cutting the strand 21 into the form of a pellet at the cutting section 14a, with the powder developed being recovered with a powder separation apparatus 32, and separating the pellet at a pellet/water separation apparatus 35, thereafter sending it to a screen apparatus 16, furthermore removing the powder with the screen 18, sending the pellet 23 free from the powder into a container 17 and receiving the pellet as the pellet aggregate 24.
