Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method and a mounting method of a planar heat pipe provided with a hollow part having high airtightness.
In this manufacturing method of the planar heat pipe, an upper metal plate 4 and a lower metal plate 5 which are provided with respective outer peripheral parts 24 for forming a closed container having the hollow part are prepared and, by overlapping the outer peripheral parts 24 of the upper metal plate 4 and the lower metal plate 5 and performing ultrasonic welding to the outer peripheral parts 24, the planar heat pipe is manufactured.
