To effectively use an industrial waste and make the appearance highly presentable and also make the whole block lightweight by laying a plastic film in a frame for a mold with microsuction holes to suck air and pouring a composition composed of fine hollow ceramic particles, particles of crushed porcelain chippings and a cement mortar in that order into the frame.
A mold 1 with a tilelike uneven pattern and minute air-suction holes 5 uniformly formed, is set in a frame 4, and further, a vinyl chloride film 9 is laid on he mold 1. Next, air is sucked by an air suction device 8 and thereby, the vinyl chloride film 9 is completely made to adhere to the frame 4 by suction. In addition, a tile composition 10 composed of ceramic fine hollow particles, particles of crushed porcelain chippings, cement and water, is mixed and stirred by a vacuum deaeration and kneading device, and the mixture is poured into the recessed part of the mold 1. After that, a cement mortar 11 is poured onto the surface of the poured mixture and a hard foamed plastic hollow block is placed on the cement mortar 11. Thus a tilelike uneven pattern is stuck and then the vinyl chloride film 9 is peeled off.
